Come ready to participate - this is a working session. Designed as a hands-on experience (not a lecture), participants will engage in simple, guided exercises that build confidence, sharpen messaging, and create a sense of ease in unscripted moments.
Because confidence isn’t something you memorize, it’s something you practice.
By the end of this session, participants will:
- Communicate ideas more clearly and concisely without overthinking
- Build confidence speaking in real-time conversations, meetings, and high-visibility moments
- Strengthen leadership presence through grounded, authentic communication
- Learn practical tools to navigate uncertainty, feedback, and dynamic conversations
Meet the Speaker: Jill Pavlov
Jill Pavlov is a brand messaging coach, comedian, and improv facilitator who helps high-achieving women stop playing small and start showing up like the powerhouses they are. With a background in theater and a career kick-started as an entertainment reporter interviewing A-list celebrities, Jill knows what it takes to command a mic and captivate an audience.
A two-time competitor and winner of the entrepreneurial reality show The Blox, Jill now returns as a mentor, teaching copywriting and improv workshops that empower business owners to sharpen their message and embody their most magnetic selves. Equal parts funny and fierce, Jill is known for creating safe, energizing spaces where overthinking turns into clarity and fear turns into fierce confidence.
