Most women don’t need more credentials—they need the confidence to say what they do in a way that actually lands. That’s where I come in. I help powerhouse entrepreneurs turn fuzzy messaging into unforgettable brand presence, using improv, strategy, and a hell of a lot of personality.
I started my career reporting live from backstage at Q102, interviewing pop stars and learning how to steal the spotlight with just one sentence. With a B.A. in Theatre and Business from Muhlenberg College and 20+ years in marketing, PR, and copywriting, I’ve made it my mission to turn meh messaging into magnetic personal brands that are impossible to ignore.
Now, as the founder of Copy POP!, I blend improv, psychology, and strategy to help entrepreneurs clarify their voice, command attention, and finally say the thing they’ve been trying to say—only louder, clearer, and with way more personality.
I’ve studied with The Second City, performed stand-up and sketch comedy, and launched improv workshops that help women unlock their boldest voice. I’m a two-time contestant and Season 10 winner of The Blox, where I now return as a mentor teaching the art of unforgettable messaging.
I currently live in Miami—but my heart will always bleed Eagles green.
